Coolmath.com LLC (“Coolmath.com,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) values your privacy. Our Coolmath Games mobile applications offer games for a general audience.

In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about users of our mobile applications (“Apps”) and the services available through our Apps (“Services”). By using or downloading one of our Apps, or otherwise using the Services, you agree that your information will be handled as described in this Policy. Information We Collect From You

Interactions and Activities. The Services allow users to play interactive games offered in our Apps. We collect information about your activities in the Apps, such as games played, scores, and where you left off in the game. We also maintain records of customer service and other communications with users, including the nature of the request, name and contact information. We do not require you to register to use these Apps but if you contact us for customer service or support we may maintain your name, contact information and details about your request as a part of our customer relationship management records.

Usage Data. We automatically collect or analyze information about your use of our Apps through cookies, local storage, analytics tools and other technologies, such as device name and model, operating system type, name and version, the length of time that you are using our Services and your activities within the Apps. Advertising. To serve advertisements most relevant to you, we use third party service providers who serve targeted advertisements in our Apps, on our own websites, and on others’ websites and their mobile applications.

We use these tools to help us understand use of, and to improve, our Services, performance, and user experiences. Security of Information

We have implemented safeguards to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after playing one of our Apps on a shared device.

Children

Our Apps are general audience Apps, are not designed for children under 13, and we do not intentionally collect information on our App from those we actually know are under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.

Changes to this Policy

This Policy is current as of the Last Updated date set forth above. We may change this Policy from time to time, so please be sure to check back periodically. We will post any changes to this Policy on our Apps. If we make any changes to this Policy that materially affect our practices with regard to the personal information we have previously collected from you, we will endeavor to provide you with notice in advance of such change, such as via email or prominent notice in the App.
