How do I stay logged in to Coolmath Games?
To stay logged in to Coolmath Games, you’ll need to check the “Remember Me” box when you log in.  Please note, for this functionality to work, your browser must accept cookies.

Can I use my Coolmath Games Premium Access on more than one computer?
Yes, your Coolmath Games Premium Access can be used on up to 3 computers at the same time. You can sign out of all computers via My Account.

Do I need to renew my Premium Access?
Premium Access is automatically renewed unless a cancellation request is processed.

How do I cancel my Premium Access to Coolmath Games?
Please visit the My Account section and follow the instructions to cancel your membership. Please remember that cancellations should not be considered final until you receive a cancellation confirmation email from Coolmath Games. Cancellations will prevent future charges but do not include refunds.

What is the Coolmath Games Refund Policy?
If you have annual Premium Access to Coolmath Games, you may cancel your subscription within 30 days after you’ve been billed and receive a full refund. Please note, you must visit Subscription Support to request this refund.
