Word's Party Instructions
Drag a block to place it on the grid. Make a word in every row to complete the level.
Your goal is to place the different shapes inside the grid so they all fit together and create words. There are lots of ways that the shapes could fit into the grid, but only one correct way! The words make up a phrase or sentence when all put together.
If you’re stuck on a level, tap the ‘HINT’ button for one of the answers. You’ll have to wait a few seconds between hints, so use them wisely!
WORDS PARTY TIPS & TRICKS
Split the grid. Look at the empty spaces in the grid before you place a letter block. Sometimes it helps to break up the grid into smaller pieces and see if any fit the shapes you’re given.
Look for words first. Another strategy is to look at the possible words that could be made when the shapes fit together. The words will be a certain length depending on the size of the grid. Look at the letters in the shapes and see if any words of that length spring out at you.
One hint can win. The ‘HINT’ button will show you the spot for one of the blocks on your grid. Using a Hint doesn’t deduct points. Using it only once may give you all the clues you need to arrange the shapes in the right order.
WHAT YOU LEARN FROM PLAYING WORDS PARTY
Words Party can really help improve players’ ‘spatial awareness’. This means the game helps you work out the location of objects in relation to each other and the grid. It's a great skill for use in some sports and of course other puzzles.
