Your goal is to fill the crossword puzzle on the left side of the screen with words! On the right side of the screen is a set of letters. Tap on one letter and drag to connect other letters and form a word. Lift your finger to submit the word. You can tap on the shuffle button in the middle of the letters to rearrange them.
Solve puzzles to open gifts that contain gems. You can use these gems for upgrades. You can use 200 gems to guess a letter by tapping on the hammer icon. If you get stuck on making a new word, tap on the lightbulb to get a hint. You can earn more gems by spinning the rainbow wheel. Look for it in the upper left corner of the screen.
If you make a valid word but it's not part of the crossword puzzle, they are bonus words. If you collect enough bonus words, you can get a reward!
