Cool Solitaire is our attempt to make the best and most high-quality version of the game that we possibly can. From the artwork, to the gameplay, to the amount of ads we have on the website, everything about Cool Solitaire should feel premium.
Solitaire Updates
There are three primary updates that we have made to improve upon our previous version of Solitaire: No ads, a customized design, and more gaming options. When looking at user feedback, these were three big factors that were at the top of players’ minds.
No Ads
Cool Solitaire is 100% free of ads; it’s just about making the best game possible. This keeps the game running really quickly, so you can just start playing Solitaire immediately. Play as much as you want, full screen or not, with zero advertisements shown to you.
Customized Design
Every single card and aspect of Cool Solitaire was hand-crafted by our graphic design team, meaning that you can’t find this exact version of Solitaire anywhere else. Our vision was for it to be clean, easy to play, and to the point. From the colors, to the card shapes, to the facial hair of the Prince and King, we tried our best to make it look as well-polished as possible.
More Game Options
Cool Solitaire has a minimalist design, but you can choose from a couple of different options. We have Draw 1 and Draw 3 Solitaire. This describes how many cards you flip from your pile at a time. Draw 1 tends to be easier since you’ll have immediate access to every card in the pile, so if you are a beginner you might want to start with this.
You’ll also have the option to select between a winnable game and a randomly sorted game. On average, a game of Klondike Solitaire (the most standard version of Solitaire) has a win rate of about 33% when it is in the Draw 1 format, while the Draw 3 format has about an 11% win rate. Oftentimes, even if you play perfectly, these games will be unwinnable off the jump.
However, if you select the ‘Winnable’ game mode, there is a 100% chance that you theoretically can win. If you get stuck the first time, you can always reset the game and give it another go!
