Words of Wonders is a straightforward game where all you need is a mouse. Simply click and drag to connect and form different words. Once the words are formed, they will be added to the crossword that is located to the left of your available letters. It's as simple as that, no keyboard required!

Understanding how to play Words of Wonders isn’t too tricky. However, learning how to master the game and crank through each level is where the difficulty lies. Not to worry though, we have a few straightforward strategies that will help you get off to a hot start.
Shuffle around the letters
In the center of the letters you are given, there is a tiny icon with two arrows crossing over one another. When you press this button, it will rearrange the letters in a random order. Sometimes, just getting a different view of the letters can help you find some new inspiration. This is similar to how Chess aficionados will look at the board from different angles to see if they’re missing anything.
Spin to win
Every day you will have the opportunity to spin the prize wheel. This wheel will reward you with gems that you can redeem for hints in Words of Wonders. There are two different kinds of hints that you can unlock – the lightbulb and the hammer. The lightbulb will reveal the letter in a random square, while the hammer will reveal the letter in a square of your choosing. While the hammer is more costly, it also has a better chance of helping you solve the crossword.
Take a break
Words of Wonders can be an academically draining game, especially as you make it into the later levels that require a lot of problem-solving. If you feel like you are hitting a wall that you can’t break away from, try taking a break. Getting up, walking around, and taking your mind away from the topic for a few minutes may help more than you think.
