Coolmath Financial Literacy Game Jam 2026

Last week, we announced the launch of six new financial literacy games. All of these games are designed to help players learn money skills that are easily transferable to the real world. While the educational value is a necessary component, it's just as important that the games are fun to play!

All of our games published so far seem to have achieved that balance. In the past week alone, there have been over 1 million gameplays across our six financial literacy games, with the most popular titles being Slice of the Market and Tax Season: Audit Adventure.

The Coolmath Financial Literacy Game Jam

To build on that excitement, we recently announced the Coolmath Financial Literacy Game Jam. 

We’re putting real stakes behind this challenge. The jam has a $20,000 total prize pool, including a $10,000 grand prize for the winning submission. We’re looking for games with engaging gameplay and impactful financial concepts that players will love and learn from.

From students, to indie creators, to experienced studios, developers from all over are gearing up to create the next wave of financial literacy games. We’re excited to see how their games push the boundaries of what educational games can be, and reach even more players in substantial ways.

We’ll be sharing more updates, highlighting standout submissions, and continuing to expand our library of financial literacy games in the months ahead. There’s a lot more to come!
