Tap the arrow buttons to move. Your goal is to butter each slice of bread.

As you move across the griddle, your butter will start to melt. You have a limited amount of butter, so you'll need to plan your moves wisely. The number of times you can melt is on the lower left side of the screen. Make sure you get butter on all bread tiles before this hits zero. 

If a spot on the griddle already has butter, you will slide right over it. Although you won't be able to stop on a buttered tile, it also won't melt any more of your butter!

If you make a mistake, press the U button to undo your last move. If you want to restart the whole level, press the spiral arrow button.
