Use WASD or the Arrow Keys to move. Colored Gems need to be activated by cubes of the same color. Blue gems you can roll over yourself, but for other colors you'll have to find the right colored cube and bring it back. When you move into one of these cubes it will automatically attach to your cube. Watch out for hazards and get to the portal to complete your mission!
