Tap on the items as you find them to remove them from the list. Be careful, if you tap on the wrong item, you'll lose 10 seconds. Find them all before time runs out. You can see the timer at the top left of the screen.
If you can't find something, tap the magnifying glass to get a hint. If you're running out of time, tap the hourglass to add 30 seconds to the clock.
