Make sushi, feed customers, and pay your debts! Click on the large sushi in the center of the room to produce sushi. Over time, customers will come to the conveyor belt to get sushi. You can also click and hold down on the sushi to serve a LOT of sushi!

The right side of the screen shows upgrades that you can purchase. Each sushi that is eaten generates revenue, and once an upgrade can be purchased, the button will turn white. Hover over the upgrade to see what it will do. Click the upgrade button to purchase it. The sushi icon will increase the value of each sushi you produce and unlock new types. The arrow icon will increase the number of customers over time and multiply the value of the sushi. The final icon will upgrade your helpers and add more to the restaurant.

As you continue to earn money, the business owner will need you to help pay off his debts. When the left arrow appears in the bottom left corner of the screen, click on it to go to the bank and figure out how much you need to help pay off. 

Once you make the first debt payment, you'll unlock a plate machine. When customers throw their empty plates into the machine, the machine creates a star. Once you have acquired five stars, you can reset your progress by pressing the prestige button on the machine.

Before you enter the new game, use your stars to buy permanent upgrades that will help you in your next run! These include new sushi types, upgrades, and helpers for the restaurant.
