You are playing as a hurdler, with the goal being to jump over the hurdles fast enough to earn a gold medal. Players have the option to choose between three characters, all with their own unique looks and personality.
To jump over the hurdles, players must hit the notes that pop up on the screen. These notes can be hit using the arrow keys or the WASD keys.
The notes that must be hit are color-coded as well. A red hurdle is an up jump, a green hurdle is a left jump, a blue is a right jump, and yellow is a down jump. This is convenient for players, as they can either jump over the hurdles by reading the arrow directions on the screen, or the colors surrounding the arrows. Players do not have to be trapped by just one way of doing things.
