When encountering a monster, a number will appear over their head showing how many jewels are needed to defeat them. The highlighted gems on the grid are the ones you need to match. Tap and drag a jewel vertically or horizontally to match at least three of the same colored gems.
Act fast, because after some time the monster will attack and deplete your health!
HINT: If you match more than three jewels, you can potentially match a set of gems that will restore your health.
