Use WASD or the Arrow Keys to move. Hold Shift plus a direction to stretch yourself in that direction. Stretch yourself until the number of tiles you take up matches the number on the golf ball. It won't move if you're not big enough!

Don't touch the spikes or you'll burst. If you do, press Z to undo or R to restart a level.
