Instructions
Carrom is a classic aim and shoot game of Indian origin. Your goal is to sink pucks with your striker (a colorful disc which is similar to the cue ball in 8 Ball Pool).
On your turn, you need to position the striker between the two green dots on your side of the board, then shoot the striker at the pucks in the middle of the board. To shoot, drag left or right on the slider at the bottom of your screen to reposition your striker. Drag the striker itself to aim it, then release to shoot.
There are two different versions of Carrom that you can play in this version.
In Disc Pool, your goal is to sink all the black pucks before your opponent can sink their white pucks. There are two puck types: white and black. You are always assigned the black puck.
In Freestyle, there are three puck types, each giving you a different number of points. The first player to score 120 points wins.
- Black pucks are worth 10 points each.
- White pucks are worth 20 points each.
- The red puck is worth 50 points. However, you need to sink the red puck, and then sink any other puck after that.
If you want to change your look, you can select a different avatar by tapping it in the main menu.
You'll need coins to play each game of Carrom. Each game will have an entry fee and a reward for winning the game. You can also spend coins in the shop to unlock new pucks, strikers, and boards.

Carrom Tips and Tricks
While many people are already familiar with the internationally popular game of Carrom, newer people may have some trouble at first. If this describes you, don’t worry! We have a few basic strategies to help you get started in this classic board game.
Be patient
There is a certain learning curve that comes with playing Carrom. If you are worried about getting your touch and speed correct, just know that it will take time. As you continue to play more and more, you will get even more comfortable with the game and your accuracy will go way up.
Use the slider
Make sure to use your slider at the bottom of the screen to move the position of your carrom men. Carrom is a game of angles, so make sure that you line up everything properly before flicking toward the tiles.
Focus on the white pucks in Freestyle
The white pucks are worth 20 points for each one that you sink. This means that if you have a similar shot on both a white puck and a black puck, always go for the white puck. It is worth twice as many points.
Where was Carrom invented?
While it is hard to say for certain, many believe that Carrom was originally created in India in the 18th century. Today, not only is Carrom popular in India, but in many other countries, such as Sri Lanka, Japan, and South Korea.
