How many Learn to Fly games are there?

When did Learn to Fly come out?

Learn to Fly came out in December of 2011 and was released by Light Bringer Games. Although Learn to Fly has a simple and straightforward concept, it quickly became a staple of Coolmath Games and has stayed as one of our most popular games on the site over the past decade.

What is the difference between Learn to Fly and Learn to Fly Idle?

In Learn to Fly Idle, players are shooting cannons and destroying objects like snowmen, instead of shooting themselves off of a snowy ramp and trying to launch for as distance as they can.

The overall goal is different in the two games as well. In the original Learn to Fly, players are trying to help your penguin get as much distance as possible to break through the giant iceberg over one mile away. In contrast, Learn to Fly Idle is about automating upgrades to your canon's power, speed, and more to get a high score and shoot down snowmen.

What genre is Learn to Fly?

Learn to Fly combines a lot of different skills, from the strategical upgrading that players must efficiently do to the skills that are required to fly as far as possible with the upgrades that they are given. In short, there are just a lot of things going on in Learn to Fly.

Learn to Fly is mainly a combination of an Idle Game and a Strategy Game. This makes it a good game for people who like to sit down and really think about what the best course of action is next.

Is it hard to beat Learn to Fly?

While it may be difficult for beginners to beat Learn to Fly quickly, pretty much anyone can beat Learn to Fly if they have enough time on their hands.

One word of advice - try and upgrade as quickly as you can. A common fault of new players is that they will hold onto their money for a super expensive upgrade. However, this will end up costing them valuable time that they could use on getting multiple upgrades that would help them far more.

What are games similar to Learn to Fly?

If you like the original Learn to Fly, or really any of the games from the Learn to Fly series, then we have quite a few other games that will pique your interest.

This is no coincidence - it is a crazy fun game that can entertain players for hours.
